Finally it is so far, we will have the first male guest on The Coaching Panel, and the honour goes to Martin Cornes.

Dear friends and listeners,

Tommorrow is once again a milestone in The Coaching Panel experience, namley the panel itself. The concept of the panel is to bring together the coaches that I have interviewed during the month, to talk and discuss about a specific topic or theme.

In the last month (and the last week of March) I had the pleasure and honour to have five great female coaches on the show with each one their strength and passion in their coaching niche and what they are offering to the world to make it a happier and more successful place.

Tommorrow, April 29th at 20:00UTC - 16:00 EST, I am bringing those five starts back together to the sofa to talk and discuss about a specific topic. This month’s topic is: "Social entrepreneurship & responsibility: what is the added value of coaching and what coaches can do." Social entrepreneurship and responsability is getting more and more in the foreground, and as coach I believe, no I am convinced, that we as coaches have an important role to play in their. In tommorrow’s panel, I will be interexchanging this concept with my guests. She is a qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Trainer of NLP, and an Archetypal Coach, and is in the process of completing her Yoga Teachers Training with Shiva Rea, Vinyasa Flow.

Allison spends her time developing and running courses and workshops, working one to one with clients, and bringing this work within organisations.

After the great success of the first ‘The Coaching Panel’ show, we have already a second outstanding coach lined up for you. The next coming guest is Lee Lam. Lee will be the guest on The Coaching Panel on April 1st at 20:00 UTC.

Lee is a Relationship, Communication and Confidence Coach, having trained four and a half years ago. She qualified with an Advanced Diploma with the UK Coaching Academy. She is an NLP Master Practitioner, qualified to train the trainer and runs her own successful Coaching Practice, Lee Lam Coaching. She works alongside a variety of companies, such as concierge services, dating agencies, appraisal providers, consultancy companies and training companies.

You are the same person in both situations - it is only the messages you are sending to yourself that change. Change the message and you can change your understanding of what you are capable of. Once you start to act, you can begin to accumulate examples of how much you can achieve when you put your mind to it. Such proof strengthens your motivation to continue to move and you start really pushing your own boundaries, to achieve even more.

The first guest on ‘The Coaching Panel’ is Frankie Picasso.

Frankie Picasso is known as The Unstoppable Coach. She is a Professional Certified Life, Business and Master Coach Trainer and member of the International Coach Federation. She is also a Mediator, trained in Crisis Intervention, Emergency Management, Pain Management, Disaster Exercises and Community Emergency Response Volunteer.

With over 20 years experience as an Entrepreneur, Frankie was the first female Kickboxing Promoter in the World and co-founder of Coach of the Airwaves, an internet broadcasting station. Her diverse background includes: Adult Education, Self Esteem and Confidence building, Behavior Management, NLP, Strategic Business Planning, Quality Planning & Customer Service Expert, Marketing, Sales, and Event Management. She is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Radio Show Host, Healer, Speaker, Author, Trainer and an Ordained Minister with the Spiritual Humanist Church.

In the show with Frankie as guest, we will be talking first of all about coaching in general, and of course we will also talk more in depth with Frankie about the Unstoppable.

It is finally there, the long awaited ‘The Coaching Panel’ show. The first show will be on March 25th, 2008 at 20:00 UTC. The first guest on the show will be Coach Frankie Picasso. More about her later on.

What is The Coaching Panel all about? The Coaching Panel is a weekly LIVE radio show where Coach Erwin interviews each week another fellow coach from around the world. The Coaching Panel is broadcasting live on Radio Coaching, an internet radio station, every Tuesday at 20:00 UTC - 21:00 CET - 15:00 EST (Convert to your local time zone). There are basically two topics that are being tackled, the first being the general vision of the guest about coaching, and secondly an exploration of the guest’s coaching niche.

Ok, you may ask, but what is coaching… Well my first answer would be to you, come and listen in to The Coaching Panel and you will learn a lot about coaching, and who knows, maybe you can encounter that coach you were looking for.

On top of that, every last Tuesday of the month, starting from Aril 29th, 2008, there will be a special show called ‘The Coaching Panel’s Panel’ where the guests of the month will join Coach Erwin together on the show to discuss one or two specific topics, provided by the listeners beforehand, and to give some laser coaching sessions live during the show.

And of course, you can put forward your questions to the guest and Coach Erwin during the live show.

Radio Coaching is back, and back for good… Due to technical and logical challenges, it has been quite impossible to provide you with an excellent radio service. But this now all behind us, and we are now fully operational. For the moment you can listen to some recorded shows.

But it is getting even better. From February 13, 2008, Radio Coaching is going to start to broadcast agian certain amount of shows. And the first show that we are going to broadcast is a new show, called ‘Extasis Coaching’, a show that Coach Erwin presents together with Coach Victor Espejo. It is a show in Spanish. Great news, isn’t it…
