Hola queridos amigos,

Mi primer invitado en el show ‘El Panel de Coaching’ es Rosa Estañ. Rosa es Consultora, Coach Personal y Empresarial y Formadora.

Ser Coach es un modo de vida, una forma de poner en práctica mi sistema de valores, la fe en la capacidad del ser humano para progresar, superarse y lograr el éxito personal y profesional. A través de esta actividad conecto con dos aspiraciones importantes: aprender continuamente y contribuir a desarrollar el potencial humano.

Su experiencia en Entidades Financieras, ocupando puestos de responsabilidad, la ha dado una visión amplia de todo lo que se mueve en el mundo de las finanzas. Ha aprendido como se crea y se destruye la riqueza a través de creencias, actitudes y hábitos de consumo, ahorro e inversión.

La experiencia en Centros de Formación me acercó definitivamente a la enseñanza, por la que siento una vocación especial. Ha aprendido que conocimiento no equivale a sabiduría.

Su trabajo en empresas privadas la ha dado un conocimiento cercano de la complejidad en los procesos de creación, consolidación, expansión y crisis de las mismas, pudiendo comprender las dificultades y retos que viven los empresarios. Ha aprendido la importancia de desarrollar el trabajo que te gusta y de comprometerte con tu Misión, Visión y Objetivos.

Valoro mucho todo lo que ha aprendido en la empresa, porque ha desarrollado habilidades y adquirido diversos conocimientos y conocido a muchísimas y valiosas personas. Sin embargo es la propia vida la que la ha ido dando experiencia, a base de equivocarme e ir aprendiendo con la familia, los hijos, los amigos, las crisis y traumas, los éxitos y reconocimientos, las pérdidas. Ha aprendido que toda experiencia sirve si la vivimos con consciencia y ganas de aprender.

Uno de sus mayores aprendizajes es la importancia de seguir tus sueños y vivir la vida con pasión, haciendo aquello que más te gusta y para lo que tienes más talento. Le gustan las personas y cooperar a su éxito personal, profesional o empresarial. Por eso estoy aquí. Para cooperar a la expansión del capital humano e impulsar la excelencia personal.

Hi dear friends,

My first guest in the new season of The Coaching Panel is Lauren Ottewil, and she will be interviewed on September 2nd.

Lauren Ottewill was born in Ireland and grew up in Israel. She returned to the UK in the 1980’s and began to develop her own unique approach to life. You could say that she has always been a “go getter“, leaving Israel and traveling the world and deciding to write her own musical and start her own theatre company, when she couldn’t get the part she wanted however she still wasn’t there and felt that something was missing, and as a trained singer with a strong ambition to be on the stage, she began to search for ways to find the key to open the door to success and how to live a happy life.

To help her with this Lauren started out by training as a holistic practitioner, ,i.e. taking care of the physical by studying Reiki healing and Reflexology ,after experiencing the value of this in her own life. However she began to understand that the Physical part was only a small factor in life and she started to ask bigger questions and was looking for better solutions, and so became obsessed, in a good way, with the mind, and how she could achieve her dreams, by learning more about how to develop her own mind and control her own thoughts. Lauren began to practice visualization and also worked on changing her core damaging beliefs and began to see miracles appearing in her life.

Her first audio cassette which helped her to learn this amazing tool. “Was The Power Of Visualization” by Victor Poulous which she purchased from “Nightingale Conant” on one of their, listen for 30 days and send back guarantees This helped her move on to the meta physical side of life, by becoming a qualified “Louise Hay Counselor” and by learning the importance of positive belief systems, and how essential forgiveness and positive thoughts are in our lives.

Over the years Lauren began to design her own way of living which was a combination of spirituality and visualization and learning to take action by setting positive yet realistic goals. Lauren decided to study life coaching after following the teachings of Tony Robbins and Wayne Dwyer and other motivational teachers. This has helped her gain a lot of success she believes, as she finds a balance between developing the spirituality of the client and also taking steps to make their dream come true, by gently and assertively getting that client out of their comfort zones, and always treating each person she works with as an individual who will develop in their own unique way and in their own time. She also believes that when we start to focus on our strengths rather than our weaknesses, we begin to let go of that weaker part and we become the amazing powerful person we were meant to be.

Lauren trained with the Jonathan Jay Coaching Academy and qualified in 2004. Since then she has been developing a practice where she helps the individual to find a way to fill the empty void or the hole inside by changing it into a magnificent vista which can be filled by looking at each person’s own uniqueness and talents and ambitions, and then coming up with a plan around their values and beliefs, to change their lives and help them overcome obstacles and damaging life patterns. Lauren believes that inside each and every one of us is a unique and magical intelligence, which knows everything and can be used in innovative ways to help us heal ourselves and our lives. She also believes that when we are in touch with this amazing part of ourselves ,which she believes is the soul, we can and will create miracles in our lives and can prevent disease of the mind which can lead to disease of the body. If you can find something in life, that means more to you then the damaging habit or condition you will discover that whatever is holding you back ,will disappear from your life and you will reach your goals. Sometimes goals need to become more within our reality, then we get closer to achieving them, and before you know it, you are actually working towards your dream.

Espero que estés disfrutando de los vacaciones. Aquí en Radio Coaching estamos preparandonos por la nueva temporada. Habrá muchas novedades, cual ya uno quiero compartir con vosotros.

En la primera semana de Septiembre Radio Coaching va a lanzar una nueva programa de radio, que se llamará ‘El Panel de Coaching’. Será la misma programa como ‘The Coaching Panel’, pero en Español.

Es un show en cual Coach Erwin va entrevistar otros coaches en relación con sus coaching y sus mercados objetivos. Y al final de cada mes, los coaches entrevistados durante el mes, serán invitados todos juntos para hablar sobre un tema especifica.
