Finally it is so far, we will have the first male guest on The Coaching Panel, and the honour goes to Martin Cornes.

Martin Cornes is an expert in Business and Personal Development. He has twenty five years experience of individual and team development in Retail Management. He is qualified as a Corporate & Executive Coach (Distinction) CA, Master Practitioner NLP CH, Performance Consultant CH & Master Results Coach CH.

His interests in coaching developed in his late teens when he became a qualified swimming teacher and club coach. These skills gave him the foundation to begin understanding individual and team development.

Since then he has spent 25 years in Business Management where his personal focus and passion has been to help others maximise their true potential. He has worked in many different locations, spent time project managing new developments and experienced the coaching of teams across many different formats in the retail field.

His skills are now continuing with professional coaching which allows him to utilise the experience he has gained in the management of people, process, projects, strategy, structure and business finance, but most of all fast tracking people to achieve their highest goals.

He can offer you a calm and consistent approach along with a great sense of fun when achieving your future plans and goals. He totally believes that you can deliver the future that you really want. He is continuosly updating his knowledge and pass on his learning’s to as many people as possible in order to achieve hsi personal goal.

His focus on Values and the significant shifts they can make is key to his current work. People generally do not understand that their values can be changed. Once they believe this is possible and their awareness is raised they always move on to greater levels of achievement.

Many problems associated to performance are related to the values that people are currently holding on to. This is exciting ground to break. By developing goals that are directly related to values results are far more likely to be achieved.
